 The Cataraqui Woods Elementary School Advisory Council (CWESAC) works together with school staff and families to enrich our children’s school experience through events, communication, fundraising, and community-building. You are invited to stay updated and connect with the Council on Facebook.

We're looking for volunteers to help out at Play! Gaming & Entertainment for our school's Bingo fundraising shifts. It’s an easy and fun way to contribute to our school community!
👋 What you’ll do:
• Greet and welcome guests
• Clear dishes and help keep the space tidy
• Assist with customer needs

🧑‍🏫 Training:
• Complete a quick 15-minute online training
• Shadow an experienced volunteer for one shift

🦊 Terry Fox School Run – How to Donate and Help Us Reach Our Goal!
Dear Cataraqui Woods Elementary School Families,
We are thrilled to share that after only 3 days of fundraising, our school community has already raised over $650 for the Terry Fox Foundation!
We have a Pep Rally planned next week to roll out some fun incentives for all of our students if we are able to hit our overall school fundraising goal of $7,000. Plus, the classroom that raises the most total donations will win a pizza party!
Donations can be made in two different ways:
Option 1: Online Donations
- Click on the "Donate" button.
- Select either "Donate to this school" or "Donate to a classroom."
- If you choose to donate to a specific classroom, click on the appropriate teacher's name.
- Fill out the required information. Official tax receipt information is also available directly through the online portal.
Option 2: Cash Donations
- You can send monetary donations directly to the school with your child.
- Cash will be collected and accounted for within your child’s classroom before being submitted to the Terry Fox Foundation.
To help us spread the word and hit our goal, please consider sharing our online donation link on your social media pages with family and friends.
