Volunteering at Cat Woods
If you would like to volunteer at the school or attend a class field trip, you will need a current Vulnerable Sector Check (CPIC).
Please note: If you are submitting a CPIC for initial approval, it must be no more than six months old.
Need a new CPIC? Please contact the school office first to obtain the required LDSB volunteer letter. You will need this letter when applying for your police check.
Step 1 – Apply for your police check
Apply through the police service that serves the area where you live. Kingston residents can apply online through: Kingston Police – Background Checks
Step 2 – Submit your completed police check to LDSB
Once received, upload your CPIC to the LDSB Police Record Check Portal for review and approval.
