Driving and Parking Guide
We encourage our parents and students to walk, cycle or take the school bus instead of using cars to get to school. We do understand that there may be circumstances when you need to drive your child to school. If you need to do so, for the safety of your child, their friends, and our neighbours, please drive and park safely and legally. The area immediately in front of the school is a designated Kiss & Ride from 8:55 am to 9:20 am on school days. During this time, you are permitted to stop for a MAXIMUM of 3 minutes and you MUST stay with your vehicle. Do not leave children in vehicle unattended. If you need to walk your child into the school yard, please use one of the legal parking street parking spots marked on the street.
In addition, please do not walk through the parking lot to access the school yard. Please use the sidewalk just to the left of the parking lot.
Be prepared for the weather!
As winter weather continues, we kindly ask families to ensure that students come to school with a full change of clothes, along with hats and mitts each day. Our school’s extra supply is running low, and having these items on hand helps keep everyone comfortable, safe, and ready for learning and play. Thank you for helping us make sure all students are prepared for the season!
Permission Form O Canada Fronts January 2026
Only room for a maximum of 40 students - permissions forms accepted on a first come, first served basis
Staying Connected with Our School Community
We’re always happy to hear from families! If you call and we’re unable to answer, please leave a short voicemail. There are times during the day when staff are away from the office or actively supporting students, and your message ensures we can follow up as soon as we’re available.
For any changes to your child’s dismissal plans, we kindly ask that you contact the school before 3:00 PM. These updates are best shared by phone or voicemail so we can receive them in time and direct them appropriately.
To help maintain a focused and supportive learning environment, we ask that families schedule meetings in advance if they’d like to connect with their child’s classroom educator or a member of the Administration team. You can arrange a meeting by calling the school or by emailing us at catar@limestone.on.ca.
Thank you for helping us keep communication smooth and students safe—we truly value your ongoing support and partnership!
